Return of Raila
The violence and looting by NRM is meant to intimidate judges of the supreme Court so that they can rule in a certain way and also to prove to the world that Kenya is in a crisis as alleged by raila.
Two things: Boinett by now must have known there are insider with police working for NRM. A reshuffle in Nairobi is necessary.
Two, and this goes to Uhuru, it's better to be blamed for having deployed military to maintain law and order than being blamed that you did not to stop anarchy, looting and violence. Choose the lesser evil.
